Animal Behaviour Matters is led by internationally qualified animal behaviour consultant and trainer, Jade Fountain, who applies the science of learning and behaviour to help you understand and solve challenging animal behaviour using training techniques that are modern, scientifically based (positive reinforcement focus) and effective in shaping any animal’s behaviour.
We tailor individual programs aimed at changing animal behaviour and providing education to the human side of the animal training equation while also being mindful of lifestyle and environmental factors. We want you to succeed and will provide you with the support needed to get you and your animal to your goal.
We work with all species and clients from pet guardians to zoos, shelter attendants, dog handlers, animal trainers and councils, encompassing all species from Alaskan malamutes to Zebras. We provide dog training and behaviour, cat training and behaviour, bird training and behaviour, as well as training and behaviour services for horses, farm and small animals.
